How to use the"Indispensable Dispenser":

1. Break the label seal by twisting the top of the dispenser at the dotted line.
   
   
2. Hold the tube upside down and turn the cap until the pills fall into the cap.
   
   
3. Pull down the cap, and use it to transport them to your mouth, place them under your tongue and let them dissolve.
